However, if you don't have access to any of our physical stores, we allow returns and exchanges within 14 days after purchase for online orders, in case your pair doesn't fit.

Some styles are available for restock requests.

Just visit the style's product page, select your size, and click 'Email Me When Available' so we can notify you if it gets restocked. 

We accept Returns and Exchanges for unused pairs within 14 days after placement of order.

Please submit your Return Request in our website and we'll get back to you about the status of your request. 

Our sizing is generally smaller than the standard so please make sure to refer to our size charts!

Returns and Exchange

We normally accept returns and exchanges for unused goods within 14 days after placement of order.

Please submit your return request here and we'll get back to you about the status of your request.

Customer will be shouldering the items for return. We are available to chat and size charts are available on the website to help guide you.

We only offer refunds for damaged items upon receipt.

Please make sure this is properly documented upon opening your package.

Care Instructions

All our shoes are made from genuine leather. With proper care, your pair can last you for years.

  1. Rub away any dirt with a dry cloth.
  2. Dampen the cloth and apply soap or leather conditioner to it.
  3. Rub the dirty spots gently and evenly.
  4. Wipe the lather or conditioner away with a clean, slightly damp cloth.
  5. Leave your clean sandals out in the sun to dry.
  6. Apply baking soda or baby powder to dry your sandals to get rid of smelly orders.



  • Using a soft dry cloth – rub scratch in a circular motion to redistribute wax coating.
  • For a deep scratch - leather wax can be applied to bring the leather back to its previous condition.
  • Leather cream or wax should be applied periodically to preserve softness and lustre.

If any damage comes out after 3 uses, please reach out to us and we will repair this for free.
