Returns and Exchange Policy
We strive to provide the highest quality leather craftsmanship. To ensure a fair process for both the brand and our customers, our policies follow the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394).

Size Exchanges and Change of Preference
We understand that sometimes an item might not fit perfectly. While the law does not mandate returns for "change of mind" or "wrong size," we offer a courtesy exchange policy:
- One-Time Exchange: Size or color exchanges are allowed strictly once per transaction.
- Store-Specific: Exchanges must be processed only at the specific branch where the item was originally purchased. Our branches operate on independent inventory systems.
- Strict Condition: Shoes must be in pristine, unworn condition. If the leather shows creases or the soles show scuffs/dirt from being walked in, the exchange will be denied.
- Timeline: Request for size exchange must be made within seven (7) days of purchase (for stores) For online, within 14 days upon purchase.
- No Refunds for Size: We do not offer cash refunds for size changes. If the size is unavailable, you may exchange it for another style of equal or higher value (paying the difference). If you choose a lower value, balance will be forfeited.
-
Defective Items (Manufacturing Faults)
In compliance with R.A. 7394, if an item has a hidden defect or does not function as advertised:
- Remedies: The customer is entitled to Repair or Replacement.
- No Limit: We do not limit the number of exchanges for defective items. If the repair or replacement is also found to be faulty, the customer may request a refund.
- Cost: All costs associated with repairing a defective item (parts/labor) are free of charge within the 1 month warranty period.
- What is a Defect? Separation of the sole, structural stitching failure, or broken hardware.
- What is NOT a Defect? Natural leather grain/marks, creases from walking, "breaking-in" discomfort, or damage from improper leather care/mishandling.
- Verification: All claims are subject to a technical inspection upon submission of complete details.

What Qualifies as a Manufacturing Defect (Leather Shoes)?
An item is considered defective if it has a fundamental flaw in construction or material that existed before the customer wore them. This includes:
- Sole Separation: The outsole peeling away from the upper (delamination) despite normal use.
- Failed Stitching: Broken or unraveled structural seams (not caused by snagging or cutting).
- Hardware Failure: Broken eyelets, non-functional zippers, or buckles that snap under normal tension.
- Upper Tearing: The leather splitting or tearing at the grain (not a cut or scratch) during the first few wears.
- Significant Asymmetry: Visible, major differences in the shape or construction between the left and right shoe.
What is NOT Considered a Defect?
Leather is a "living" material. The following are not manufacturing defects and do not qualify for mandatory refund or unlimited exchange:
- Natural Markings: Small scars, insect bites, or slight variations in grain and color. These are proof of genuine leather, not flaws.
- Creasing/Wrinkling: Leather naturally creases at the flex point (the toe box) the moment it is walked in. This is expected behavior for all leather footwear.
- Color Transfer: Slight bleeding of dye from the leather lining onto socks, especially in new shoes or when moisture (sweat/rain) is present.
- Size/Fit Discomfort: "Breaking in" pain, blisters, or a tight fit are not defects. If the shoe matches the size ordered, it is not a defective product.
- Improper Care: Damage caused by lack of conditioning, water exposure, or using harsh cleaning chemicals.
- Heel Tip Wear: Heel tips (top lifts) are "consumable" parts designed to wear down and be replaced; their wear is not a defect.
